"Walking the Waves"

Convergence is designed to work in concert with Walking the Waves to visually define the “Festival Streets” area and to create an iconic visual experience as part of arts at Southcenter. Convergence also serves to create an easily identifiable outdoor venue and recognizable backdrop for future arts & culture programs.

These semi-permanent ground murals are inspired by both the urban commercial surroundings and the Green River located on either end of the three-block art installation. The design combines graphic pattern with organic wavy lines adding color and interest for pedestrians to enjoy.
